Write your full name and house number in your shipping address when you make an order because some countries, for example Russia, have a new rule now, post office will not dispatch parcels to you if you don't write full name. we don't take responsibility if package not delivered because of the address problems.

Notice

1. About subtle defects: Because our bags are handmade, subtle defects not quality problem.

2. About color difference: there may be a little color difference because of the flash of camera, background light, monitor setting and other factors. So the color of the actual item may vary slightly from the images, thanks for your understanding.

3. About smell: some bags may have a little smell, because some new-made bags’ smell not blow off enough time before sending. You can solve this by placing it in open area to blow off the smell for a while.

Payment:

1. we use Alipay here, all world payment tools are accepted by ESCROW system, for example Visa, Western Union, Money Booker, Credit Card, Qiwi Wallet and Bank Transfer etc.

2. please finish the payment within 3 days after order placed and if you have any problem about payment, please contact us.

Shipping :

1. Package will be sent out in 3~5 days if order has no payment/address/customers/holiday problems.

2. We usually provide free shipping by China post or Epacket, meanwhile you can choose some other shipping methods available with discount.

3. All shipping methods have tracking number, and you can track your package online.

About Tax

You are subjected to the imported taxes, custom fees which maybe imposed by your local custom office. We are not able to inform you the due fee as it is various from countries and items.
